This weekend we were lucky enough to be invited to the newly renovated @cowleymanor – this place has always been BEAUTIFUL however the new interior transformation has elevated this Grade II listed hotel to a fun, unique level.
As you approach the hotel down the windy road, it’s presence is quite something, @barbour wellies outside for all your muddy-walk needs and friendly faces waiting to welcome you at the reception. We were guided to our table in the grand dining room, it was an incredible setting for a weekend lunch!
Here’s what we ate:
🥖 Sourdough baguette, ampersand butter
🐖 Old Spot Croquettes
🫛 Summer peas, broad beans, Mozarella & mint
🐖 Grilled Tamworth chop, sauce charcuterie
🍝 Fresh tagliolini, smoked butter, black pepper
🥔 Buttered potatoes
🍫 Caramelised white chocolate, dark chocolate mousse
🍰 Cowley honey cake, yoghurt sorbet, strawberries & pistachios
Gorgeous meal in a hidden, beautiful setting, highly recommend ! ✨
