Feldon Valley is a luxury retreat based in the North Cotswolds, its nestled on the wood line of the 105-acre golf course and is home to a small collection of contemporary lodges as well as hotel rooms.
Alongside the accommodation you will find a high-end restaurant which is also open to non-residents, free private parking, a fitness centre, and a bar – all of which sit within the woodland and adjoining to the 18-hole golf course.
Upon arrival we were greeted at reception by very friendly staff and showed to our lodge, we were in a golf-course facing lodge which was beautiful. The interiors are chic and effortless, injecting a touch of relaxed luxury to your stay. Our room was made up of a bedroom, with a HUGE (Very comfortable) bed, an en-suite shower room, small kitchen and living area and two balconies to sit and enjoy the view.
Breakfast is included in the room price and alongside this we had booked dinner and Sunday lunch – all three meals were delicious and indulgent; we will most certainly be back to eat in the restaurant. I had a truffle and mushroom orzo in the evening which was excellent, and the roast beef at Sunday lunch was really memorable.
If you’re looking to stay in the Cotswolds and are after a luxury, relaxed stay then Feldon Valley should be the top of your list for sure.
