After years of exploring Ecuador, founders Stefania Pellegrino and Mark O’Sullivan realised what a staple plantain was for many people and decided to import Ecuadorian grown plantain chips cooked in the traditional Ecuadorian manner to the UK and I’m here for it!
The plantain chips have no chemicals, no palm oil, no exploitation, just pure love and plantains – what a great concept!
I tried both the wild garlic and the nice and spicy flavour – both delicious but the nice and spicy was my favourite, especially dipped in hummus!
