Restaurant Journey – Cheltenham – Review

restaurantjourney.co.uk

@restaurant_journey – fine dining with a difference. This gorgeous new restaurant has recently opened in Cheltenham, I’d been seeing their creative 12 course tasting menu all over Instagram so I was very excited when they invited me to come and give it a try. From start to finish the experience was exceptional, each portion of the 12 courses (not to mention the complimentary gifts from the kitchen along the way) were just the right size to capture the flavours and uniqueness of each dish, small enough to leave you wanting more in anticipation for the next dish but big enough to leave you feeling comfortably full at the end of the night.

Each course was delivered beautifully from a clearly well trained, professional, polite and friendly team who gave a break down of each dish, explaining exactly what was infront of you – I really enjoyed this aspect of the experience – delicious and educational!
