I was lucky enough to be invited to try out @stirr_ups_bar for lunch today and it did not disappoint.
The restaurant has such a fun, stylish feel to it, the staff super friendly and burgers & sides on offer are EPIC.
Here’s what we had:
🍔 PIGGY IN THE MIDDLE
Served with toffee apple sauce, StirrUps street slaw and a duo of American and Monterey Jack cheese, topped with cider braised pulled pork shoulder soaked in Tubby Toms Maple BBQ sauce
🐔 🍔 MANGO NO. 5 Crispy breaded chicken fillet, homemade mango and mild chilli chutney, spiced pulled chicken thigh, duo of American and Monterey Jack cheese and chorizo slices
🐔 CHICKENWINGS Sous vide chicken wing pieces, deep fried in a crispy coating and then tossed in either Tuby Toms Maple BBQ sauce or Tuby Toms Buffalo sauce
STIRRUPS STREET SLAW Homemade street coleslaw made with cotswold gold mayonnaise
LOADED MAC N CHEESE
Homemade cheesy, gooey mac n cheese topped with bacon bits, fresh chives and crispy onions
🍟 JACK ‘N’ CHIPS Topped with bourbon and coke braised pulled brisket and Tubby Toms Smokey Schweet BBQ sauce
We also had two cocktails a mojito and a Mexican daisy – both so tasty!
