This GORGEOUS, sunny Bank Holiday Monday I was lucky enough to be invited to The Beckford Inn for lunch (thanks soo much for the invite guys!) – I’ve been eyeing up the menu all week which made me so excited to visit! The Beckford Inn is now under new ownership of Butcombe brewery and has been fully refurbished with a new menu and chef. The setting is beautiful, we sat under the ivy terrace which was soooo, so lovely.
For lunch my sister and I shared the lamb scrumpets to start…oh my goodness these were UNREAL, delicious shredded lamb in a crispy breadcrumb served with chilli jam & confit peppers and for mains I had the chicken Milanese ciabatta with truffle aioli & my sister had the tarragon gnocchi with asparagus, whipped ricotta, king oyster mushrooms and truffle… both of which were soooo tasty, we thoroughly enjoyed everything and I will definitely be returning with family!
