WOW what an evening we had at The Scenic Supper. If you haven’t stumbled across this amazing and unique dining experience on social media already…where have you been?
Nestled in the Cotswold hills, The Scenic Supper is a real gem. This one of a kind dining experience allows you to enjoy a delicious 5 course menu with your loved ones in a chic little glass house, we opted to dine in the evening which meant we could watch the sunset over the hills whilst we were eating …THE DREAM!
The Scenic Supper menu changes monthly, giving variety if you plan to visit again and again. They have a veggie, vegan and meat menu option available every month so there really is something for everyone.
Out of our party of four, two opted for the vegetarian menu and the other two meat. We all throughly enjoyed the variety on the menu and could not wait to get started.
The Meat July Menu:
First course: Chicken Liver Parfait, Smoked Bacon, & Pickled Mushroom on Cotswold Sourdough
Second Course: Hasselback Potato, Fermented Red Cabbage & Shaved Egg Yolk
Third course: Roasted Cauliflower Soup, Mint & Crispy Caper
Fourth course: Lamb Rump & Shoulder, Pea Puree, Broad Beans, Braising Liquor
To finish:Gooseberry & Custard Tart, Ginger & Gooseberry Ice-cream
The Veggie July Menu:
First course: Crispy Hens’ Egg, Pickled Mushroom & Madeira sauce on Cotswold Sourdough
Second Course: Hasselback Potato, Fermented Red Cabbage & Shaved Egg Yolk
Third course: Roasted Cauliflower Soup, Mint & Crispy Caper
Fourth course: Filled Courgette Flowers, Rainbow Chard, Golden Beets & Garden Pea Purée
To finish:Gooseberry & Custard Tart, Ginger & Gooseberry Ice-cream

The food was brilliant and service even better, my favourite course had to be the Hasselback Potato, Fermented Red Cabbage & Shaved Egg Yolk it tasted like all of the best parts of a roast dinner!
So if you’re looking for the perfect place to celebrate an occasion with family or a romantic date night setting The Scenic Supper is perfect and well worth the £65pp price tag.
